Refund Policy

This is the policy customers actually read, so we have kept it plain.

Unredeemed codes

An unredeemed code is refundable within 24 hours of delivery, provided you have not revealed and used it. Because a code is a secret, once it has been revealed we treat it as potentially redeemed.

Redeemed codes

A redeemed code cannot be refunded. Once a code is applied to an account, the value has moved to the publisher and we cannot reclaim it. This is true of every legitimate code seller.

Defective codes

If a code genuinely does not work — it is rejected as invalid by the official redemption page — contact us with the order ID. We will verify and either replace it or refund it in full. Region mismatches that were disclosed on the product page are not defects.

Underpayments

If your crypto payment arrives short of the total, the order is marked partially paid and no code is released. You choose: top up the difference on the same invoice to complete the order, or take a refund of what you sent.

How crypto refunds work

Refunds are sent back to the address you paid from, in the coin you paid with. Note an important limitation: if you paid from an exchange deposit address (for example, sending directly from a Coinbase or Binance account), the exchange may not credit the returned funds to you. Pay from a wallet you control if you want a reliable refund path.

How to request a refund

Email support@loothouse.us with your order ID and, for a refund, the wallet address to return funds to. We respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds promptly after that.
