How to redeem a Roblox gift card, step by step

A Roblox gift card is redeemed by you, on Roblox's own site — never by handing your login to anyone. The whole thing takes under a minute. Here is exactly how, whether you have a code from a physical card or a digital one delivered by email.

Redeem on the web (fastest)

• Go to roblox.com/redeem and sign in to the account you want the Robux on.
• Type the code exactly as shown, including any letters and numbers. Codes are not case-sensitive, but get every character right.
• Select Redeem. You will see a confirmation and the option to convert the credit to Robux or keep it as a gift-card balance.
• Choose Use Now to get Robux immediately, or save the balance toward a Premium subscription later.

Redeem in the Roblox mobile app

• Open the app and tap the three dots (More), then Gift Cards.
• Tap Redeem Roblox Cards, sign in if asked, and enter the code.
• Confirm — the credit or Robux lands on that account right away.

How much Robux you get

If the code won't redeem

• "Code already redeemed" — the card has been used. If you just bought it and never entered it, contact the seller with your order ID.
• "Invalid code" — re-check every character; a 0 and an O, or a 1 and an I, are easy to swap. Enter it on roblox.com/redeem only, never a third-party site.
• Region mismatch — a US card redeems on a US-region account. Check the account's country in settings before assuming the code is bad.
